In order for the Grosse Pointe South Band and Orchestra program to continue its high caliber tradition, we need the support of our families. Please consider becoming a Band and Orchestra Booster Member. The GPSBO Booster Club is a nonprofit tax exempt organization that works together with the Band and Orchestra Directors to enhance the educational performance opportunities available to students. GPSBO Boosters support a variety of crucial elements of our instrumental music program. Instrument repairs and replacement, uniforms, expert clinician sessions in classrooms, and transportation to events are all among the needs that are funded by the Boosters. Thank you for becoming a member each year you have a student in the program!
Maestro Membership: $500
As a Maestro member, your name will be engraved on our plaque of supporters in the band and orchestra rehearsal room, receive free admittance for 4 to the Pops and Pastries and Spring Concerts, and be recognized in all printed materials. Your fully tax-deductible contribution will help bring in expert clinicians who will help to prepare the students for performances and competitions.
Director Level: $250
As a Director, you will be recognized in all printed materials, and receive free admittance for 2 to the Pops and Pastries and Spring Concerts. Your fully tax-deductible contribution will help with funding for new instruments and repairs.
Concertmaster Level: $100
As a Concertmaster, you will receive one free admission to the Pops and Pastries Concert and the Spring Concert, and have your names listed in concert programs. Your support is fully tax-deductible and will help provide transportation to events for students.
Alumni Membership: $10
Alumni members will have free admission to the Pops and Pastries Concert and the Spring Concert, and will have their names listed in all concert programs. Membership is restricted to former students currently enrolled in college.
