Pops & Pastries auction will use a "tin can" format. Directions on how the auction will work are listed below. Do you have something you can donate to the auction or know a business that would be wiling to donate? Please see the "Forms" tab under the Pops & Pastries Menu for more detailed information.
Pops and Pastries Tin Can Auction Procedures
• Tin Can Auction Tickets are $2 each, $20 for 10 tickets, $40 for 20 tickets.
We accept credit cards, cash, and checks (made to GPS B&O Boosters).
• Tickets are available for purchase at the ticket sales tables throughout the evening until the auction closes between the Concert Orchestra and Symphony Orchestra performance.
• It is suggested that the buyer write his/her name on the back of the ticket.
• Tickets will be perforated to be separated by the buyer after purchase. The buyer will retain the portion labeled "Keep this ticket" and will then place the other portion in the paper bag corresponding to their desired auction item.
• You may put as many tickets as you wish into the “tin can” next to the item you are hoping to win.
• The “tin cans” will close between the Concert Orchestra and Symphony Orchestra performance.
• Winners will be listed on three large poster boards, one near the front stage, and one near the exits and one centrally placed. This will be completed as soon as possible following the close of the auction.

• Pink tickets are for the tin can auction.
• Green tickets are for the 50/50 raffle.
