SUMMER MUSIC STUDY SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION
The Grosse Pointe South Band and Orchestra Boosters award scholarships to returning Band & Orchestra students, meeting the qualifications below, who undertake music studies over the summer months. Scholarship awards may be applied towards summer music camps, summer workshops, institutes and private lessons on the student’s band/orchestra instrument, or instruments pre-approved by the music directors. Students may apply for multiple scholarships. The number of scholarships and monetary value of each are decided at the discretion of the Music Directors and the B&O Boosters Executive Board.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Currently be enrolled in Band or Orchestra at South High School.
- Schedule participation in the curricular Band & Orchestra program for the coming school year.
- Participate in the 2018 -2019 Booster Citrus Sale Fundraiser.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Scholarships will be presented at the Annual Band & Orchestra Awards Banquet on Tuesday, May 28, 2019.
- Amounts granted vary each year depending upon student demand, scholarship requests, and funding availability.
