Students who earned a first division rating are eligible to attend State Solo & Ensemble. For 10th, 11th, and 12th graders playing solos, there are additional requirements for sight-reading and scales.

To proficiency II and III soloists... remember that judges can choose scales from earlier proficiency categories.

- CHAMBER ORCHESTRA... 8:52 AM, section 16
- CLARINET CHOIR... 11:19 AM, section 9
A friendly reminder to all participants:
- Inform your accompanist of your time and section IMMEDIATELY
- STAY FRESH ON YOUR MUSIC... keep practicing your piece!
- To anyone taking a proficiency solo... be prepared for sight-reading and work on your scales every day!!! This includes major scales, melodic minor scales, and a chromatic scale.
