AUCTION DONATIONS
November 6, 2021 is the date for this year’s Pops and Pastries concert, and we need your help with the silent auction to make the night a success. This is our largest fundraiser of the year, and auction proceeds go back to the band and orchestra program. Students and families are encouraged to donate items or start soliciting donations from local merchants. Large or small items are both helpful, as we combine many of the small items into themed baskets. Please use attached form for your donations.
Money raised from the auction goes to:
Trip Credits - the 2022 domestic trip
Education - Guest conductors, sectional professionals
Festivals - Regional, national, international
Scholarships - Music Education beyond GPSHS
Appearance - Uniform purchase and maintenance

Support South’s music program and students by buying (or selling) advertising space in the fall concert program. Promote your business, or send a congratulatory message to your favorite musician. Thirty percent of the cost of each ad will be credited to your designated student’s trip account for the 2022 trip. Please use attached form for advertising sales.
