TRIP OVERVIEW
The school board unanimously approved the South Band & Orchestra's trip to Italy that will take place over Spring Break, from March 29-April 6, 2019. This trip will take our students through Milan, Cremona, Florence, Siena and Rome. The Band & Orchestra will perform twice, once in Cremona and once in Rome. The students will also participate in a Master Class in Siena.
All students enrolled in band or orchestra at South High School for the 2018-19 school year (as well as parent chaperones) are eligible to attend this trip. In putting the details together, Mr. Gross and Mr. Takis received quotes from three travel companies to find the best price, itinerary, and company that was able to provide our students with the best possible experience.
